some great financing options for families or persons in the moderate
income category. There is a matching down payment program
as well as second mortgage money available through Olene Walker
Housing Loan Fund. The interest rate is based on a thirty
year amortization schedule at 3% interest. Buyers who earn
less than 80% AMI (Area Median Income) may qualify for this special
